Formula for calculating the length of auger required to fill a bin:
STEP #1: Determine distance (H) from ground to eave of bin.
STEP #2: Add distance from Step #1 to 1/2 of bin diameter (D).
STEP #3: Multiply total figure from step 2 by 1.4.
STEP #4: The figure determined in Step 3 is the exact length of auger needed. Use the next longer length
of Westfield Auger |

| How to Calculate Ground Length Measurement |

| Square the auger length (K) and the auger height (C). Subtract from the squared length (K).
The ground length (L) is the square root of this number. |
