FLEX SPOUT

Optional five-section bucket flex spout directs grain flow and reduces spillage. Several sizes available in polyethylene or galvanized steel. 		SAFETY SPOUT

Safety spout with relief door is designed to overflow, reducing chance of damage to auger should downspout plug due to bin overfill.
POLY HOPPERS


Durable, flexible poly hoppers allow easy dumping with minimum spillage. “V” type hopper fits augers to 8” diameter. Big Round Hopper fits larger augers to 10” diameter. 		SWIVEL ARC KITS

MK130PLUS REDUCER/REVERSER
NEW FOR 2005: The MK130PLUS Reducer/Reverser allows higher horsepower tractors with only 1000 RPM PTO output to operate MK130PLUS augers at an optimimal speed of 540 RPM. Dual inputs allow auger direction to be easily reversed by switching PTO input connection. Unit mounts conveniently on auger boot.

Assist operation in limited space situations. Allows a full arc on opposite side of tractor.

RIGHT ANGLE DRIVE FOR MK AUGERS
With the RIGHT ANGLE DRIVE-the tractor connects at a right angle to the left or right side of the MK auger intake. This allows the swing-hopper to operate in line with the main auger, also in a full arc on the opposite side of the tractor. Especially handy where room around bins is limited or where a drive-through arrangement for grain trucks is desired. The kit includes *right angle gearbox with a flex chain coupler *mounting brackets *intake support stand *shields. Not for use with reverser kit option.

Safety winch with automatic brake is sized and geared to match the auger. The strong 1/4" galvanized aircraft cable has 7000 lbs. break strength.

Advantages include "reduces the flighting speed to 225 RPM with 1750 RPM motor equipped with 4-1/2" motor pulley (200 RPM with 4" motor pulley) *accomodates the slower feed of grains needed with grain drying systems *reduces premature wear of auger * less power required *easier start up under load. LUBRICATED UPPER DRIVE
Heavy duty hardened steel sprockets and high speed roller chain are sized to match auger length and diameter. Lubricated upper drive adds years of life to sprockets and drive chain. Now standard equipment on all models.
LUBRICATED UPPER DRIVE RETROFIT KITS
To retrofit the following augers with a lubricated upper drive (models W60, W70, W80 to 51, J206, J207, J208, J210) requires cutting off the present upper drive housing (end plate) and welding on a new one. These kits include aluminum cover with silicone gasket, new upper drive housing and bolts.
