Rugged Gandy Rollers
for Ground Maintenance

The Gandy rollers are rugged lawn rollers designed to meet the demands of golf courses, landscaping/ground care services, homeowners and equipment rental dealers who need compact, easily serviceable units for superior performance.

Five independent models in two, three and four-foot sizes, plus two gang roller models in 6-foot and 12-foot sizes offer a choice of rolling weights.

The unique design on four of the individual rollers permits quick-flip handle/hitch conversion: Remove wing nuts and bolts, flip other way, and replace bolts to wing nuts. It's versatile so rollers can be hitched to tractors for larger expanses of lawn or flipped to push handle for maneuvering close to foundations, ornamentals and within confined spaces.

To keep the units rolling freely, grease fittings are located on each replaceable axle bearing. The axle itself extends completely through the 11 gauge roller drum. Heavy debris build up is eliminated by spring-loaded scrapers adjustable to increase desired drum clearance.

All Gandy 18" diameter rollers feature rolled edges and a convenient snap-tight expansion plug.

Gang Roller
 The Gandy Gang Rollers with independent suspension allows rollers to follow contour of the ground for use in construction, sod farms and all types of sports turf. Gang rollers come in two overall widths of approximately 6-feet and 12-feet with approximately water-filled weights of 923 lbs. and 1766 lbs. When drained, the gang roller can be folded for easy transport or storage.

Aerator roller Aerator Attachment
 This aerator option quickly clamps around the 18"x 24" roller drum and secures using threaded hook bolts. The hinged halves feature angled spikes 2-1/2" long welded 6-inches apart. When using aerators with Model 499, 6-ft. gang roller, pivot package 4911 is required Depth of penetration for aeration or seed and fertilizer access is controlled by the desired fill weight of the lawn roller and the direction of travel.
