Degelman Shuttle Kart The Shuttlekart 800 and 1150 deliver the kind of reliability and versatility expected from all Degelman products. These high capacity carts feature 800 bushel and 1150 bushel capacities, built on a robust low profile frame. Knowing the extreme weight loads of grain carts of these sizes, Degelman uses 30.5L x 32 and 35.5L x 32 floatation tires mounted on a 10 bolt replaceable hub/spindle assemblies. Scales are optional on 1150 only. UNLOADING SWIVEL AUGER Unloads directly into a bin auger or truck. Large operating range from 15’-6” (highest) to 2’-6” (lowest) depending on spout usage. AUGER UNLOADING SPOUTS Flexible, detachable, more precise unloading. HYDRAULIC FLOW CONTROL This system allows the operator to regulate grain fl ow without adjusting PTO speed. ADJUSTABLE CLEAN-OUT PANEL Easily adjustable panel runs the full length of the drag auger making cleaning a snap. UNIQUE WHEEL POSITIONING Wheel position results in a well balanced machine, reducing stress on tractor drawbar. AUTOMATIC CHAIN OILERS Automatically lubricates chains while the machine is in use. ELECTRONIC WEIGH SCALES Electronically monitor grain production while in the field FEATURES The hopper is a self-supported design which has a low center of gravity and sits low enough to avoid collisions with combine augers. Both models feature "Variable Level Unloading" which gives you the option to transfer your grain into a semi-trailer or reach down low enough to unload into auger pits. This makes good use of the cart in between seasons when you are moving grain within your storage system. Controlling the flow of grain is another import function that the Degelman ShuttleKart provides. The pyramid flow control allows quick regulation of unloading and shut-off without adjusting the PTO speed. When harvest is in full swing nobody has time for breakdowns. That's why Degelman created a drive train that uses an oversized gear box, rubber torsion control tighteners and long-life self lubricated double roller chain. This is the heart of any grain cart and the Degelman, you can count on only the best engineering. An easily accessible clean-out panel running the full length of the horizontal auger makes clean-out a snap. Swing-up ladder, rear tow hooks, internal ladder and catwalk are all part of the Degelman trademark for safety and convenience.
