Silencer™ Hydraulic Squeeze Chute
The Silencer™ is the most innovative and technologically advanced chute in the cattle industry.
Among its many unique feature are:
• A patented noise reduction system of 130 contact points sheathed in oil based polyethylene to significantly reduce the noise level.
• Full-opening head and tail door
• The headgate is wrapped in rubber to prevent shoulder damage to the animal.
• Hydraulic head restraint (becomes half of the neck bars when used that way)
• Rubber louvers prevent animals from seeing humans to the side of chute.
• Dual additional neck access for precision vaccinating.
• Choice of power units.
• For animals from 350 lbs. on up.
Deluxe Ranch Model
In addition to the above, the main frame has 4" x 2" x 1/8" rectangular tubing, 1/8" wall sidegates, and 3 -4 x 2 cylinders.
Heavy Duty Model
In addition to the standard features, the main frame has 4" x 2" x 3/16" rectangular tubing, 1/4"
wall sidegates, 1/4" floor for increased life of chute, modular construction for superior maintenance,
replaceable heavy duty drop bars, 10 quick change relube roller bearings - top connector and lower head
door connector and 6 - 4 x 2 cylinders.
Deluxe Ranch and Heavy Duty Extended Chutes
Silencer Extended model chutes are designed with a rear door for the operator to step in behind the
animal for artificial insemination, semen checking, preg checking, embryo transfer, etc.

The M1 Chute was designed to be the best, most fully featured manual chute available anywhere. It boasts
the largest dimensions available in a manual chute, enabling it to handle the largest mature animals yet
providing maximum adjustability down to 300 weight cattle.
Finished with our premium powder coat paint. . . a full bake polyester powder unmatched against tough
outdoor conditions.
Standard features include:
• The patented Silencer Noise Reduction System (NRS) uses poly-based sleeving on 57 steel-on-steel
contact points for quieter, low stress operation.
• Dual neck access for safe and easy neck vaccinations
• Double side squeeze

Big Valley® Heavy Duty Use M-Series Headgates
The Self-Catch Headgate yoke is adjustable from both sides for a more precise fit and increased safety.
Optional Nek-Stender® bars pivot with the action of the yoke. Attaches to any Big Valley® chute and can
be set up for either right or left-hand operation. Designed to work on animals 300 lbs. and heavier.
The Manual Headgate features the "Pos-O-Lock" Ratchet System which insures that cattle are caught safely
and can't escape. The opening handle runs parallel to chute, out of the operator's way, providing plenty
of leverage to reduce operator fatigue. Its design makes the handle swing from behind the animal, which
encourages cattle to move through the unit. Right or left-hand operation. Attaches to any Big Valley®
Chute.
The Manual and Self-Catch Headgates have rounded contact points to prevent injury and grease zerks to
insure smooth performance. Both are available with exclusive Nek-Stender® bars.
Nek-Stenders®, The Safe Way To Hold Heads
Exclusive Nek-Stenders® hold the animal's head and neck stable for safe and easy tattooing, ear tagging,
bleeding, mouthing, or any other working need, without choking. Manual or Self-Catch Headgates with
Nek-Stender® bars adapt to most chutes. Working range adjusts to handle livestock 300 lbs. and up.
Nek-Stender® Bars are retractable on Manual Headgate*
For Standard Duty Use-The CL-4 is built to handle small calves to standard cattle. Not suitable for
bulls or very large cattle. Mounts to M2 chute. Easily adapted to alleyway application. "Walk through"
design with no sharp edges. Positive action ratchet. Curved yoke design holds firmly without choking.
Full 26-1/2" width and 63-1/2" height opening for ease of exit. Left-hand controls only.
The NEW CL-5 is perfect for small herds. "Walk-through" design for either manual or self-catch
operation. Yoke width adjusts from 4-1/2" - 8". Left or right-hand operation. Mounts to alleyway
or squeeze chute. Not available with Nek-Stenders®. Not suitable for bulls or very large cattle.

The Perfect Add On
The Big Valley® A.I. Cage provides a safe, convenient access area behind the chute. The sheeted double
doors self lock to block alley and keep you safe. It allows quick access to the opposite working area.
The A.I. Cage will attach to any Big Valley® Squeeze Chute. A.I. Cage to Big Valley® Crowd Alley Adapters are included.

Big Valley Unsheeted System Kits |

A Durable, Economical System For Handling Cattle
The Big Valley® Unsheeted System is an economical and practical solution for handling cattle.
This unit works with you to promote both animal and operator safety. Its flexible design allows
either right or left-hand setup. Crowding gate includes a strong, automatic double-bar gate latch
to assist you in kickback situations. Standard alley systems are 28" wide, or if you prefer, select
an adjustable alley system with capabilities from 27" to 15" wide.
Rugged drop pin connectors. You get fast assembly and a more stable unit. Units are portable and retain
their value longer. Constructed of heavy gauge 2" dia. round tubing giving you greater lateral strength
than oval tubing of the same size.
Standard Sweep Panels are 5' 4" high while the Overhead Sweep Pen Brace unit is 6' 3-1/2" high. Alley
Arches are 6' 5-1/2" high. Cattle move smoothly with less stress on both the animal and the operator.
Features
• Floor Straps are 3/8" flat steel and last longer. Won't trip cattle.
• All panels use 3/16" x 1-1/2" center tie supports on both sides.
• Optional Sweep Pen Overhead Brace is highly recommended for adding extra strength and stability
to a 2 or 3 section sweep pen.
Crowd Alley Headgate Attachment hooks up to Crowd Alleys. Has 30" wide opening and 4 anchor supports.
For attaching any Big Valley® Headgate.
