CLASSIC   EZ   DUZ-IT   SYSTEMS

Our E-Z Duz It Systems are designed to maximize efficiency and provide optimal safety. As the operator moves cattle through each section toward the alley, he or she is protected from the animals in the "safety V" created by the closed gate and the next gate. This V can be entered by way of the smaller side gates located conveniently between the small corrals and the working chute. This amazing system allows you to concentrate on working cattle without being concerned that Mom or the kids are getting hurt while pushing the cattle to you at the squeeze chute.

10' or 12' panel lengths are available and may include panel alley stops, a palpation cage and a rolling block door. All systems include our Classic gates and panels to ensure stability as well as affordability. Whether equipped with a Beefmaster Chute or your own W-W chute, the E-Z Duz It can be a producer's best friend, especially when a Load-Out Chute is used as pictured below.

CROWD   ALLEYS

An original concept by W-W, this unique curved unit is designed to encourage the natural forward movement of livestock. Equipped with two pairs of alley stops, the crowd alley's tapered sides adjust from 10" to 24"at ground level to a maximum width of 34", large enough to accommodate all sizes of animals. Three section crowd alleys are approximately 25' long and feature a 60 degree curve.

The spring loaded alley stops can be adjusted in length from 13 1/2" to 16 1/2" for maximum performance.

CATTLE   SORTING   HUBS



In the good ole' days, sorting cattle consisted of a large stick, quick feet, and buckets of patience. So W-W designed a sorting hub that takes the hours and strain out of the chore.


The full sorting hub (pictured here) is the ultimate in livestock management efficiency. The unique "block gates" allow you to crowd livestock into a chute or cradle with minimum stress. It also has the capacity to sort livestock into 12 different holding pens.

If your operation is not that complex, we also offer a half sorting tub that features 2 "block gates" and a sweep gate that allow sorting into 6 different pens.

FULL SHEET SYSTEM



The W-W "New Generation" full sheeted Sweep Tub and "V" Trap features sheet metal approximately 5' high, allowing safety and efficiency without expensive catwalks. Sweep Gate is half sheeted, allowing gate to swing easily with minimum effort. Spring-loaded gate latch allows easy forward movement but prevents gate from coming back, minimizing risk of injury to operator.


The Optional "Eliminator" Gate is available on all Sweep Tubs. The "Eliminator" Gate brings peak efficiency to your livestock operation by eliminating all corners, guaranteeing no-hassle movement of cattle and insuring maximum operator safety and minimizing stress to all livestock.
